Mission Statement

Our goal is to teach athletes how to gain confidence in themselves and their abilities, not only in gymnastics but in other aspects of life as well. We strive to provide a safe and supportive environment for athletes to expand their abilities and achieve their goals.

About the Owner

My name is Lauren Miller. I grew up in Allen, Texas where I was a high level competitive gymnast beginning at the age of 5. After gymnastics, I became a cheerleader and did that all throughout high school. I have been coaching for about 9 years including recreational and competitive gymnastics, competitive cheer and all levels of tumbling. I have a huge passion for gymnastics and can't wait to share it with everyone!
